Handmade for the Body.
Mindful of the Planet.
Each piece is hand block-printed by artisan craftspeople, woven from cotton, hemp and bamboo ā clothing that breathes with you.
Made with the Same Intention as Your Practice
Most movement clothing is made in factories, from synthetic fibres, printed by machines. We believed that a practice rooted in mindfulness, breath and body awareness deserved clothing made with the same intention.
Every piece in our collection is crafted using hand block printing, a technique passed down through generations of artisan craftspeople. The result isn't just clothing. It's a practice in itself.
Three Fibres. One Purpose.
We chose cotton, hemp and bamboo because they are among the most breathable, durable and sustainable fibres available. Each one has a role. Together, they make clothing designed to move as freely as you do.
Breathes naturally with your body. Softens with every wash. Grown without pesticides ā gentle on skin, gentle on soil.
One of the most sustainable fibres on Earth. Naturally antibacterial, UV-resistant, and stronger than cotton. Gets softer the more you wear it.
Silky against the skin, moisture-wicking, and thermoregulating. Bamboo grows without irrigation or chemicals and regenerates from its own roots.
Every Detail Has a Reason
Printed by Hand. One Stamp at a Time.
In a world of digital printing and mass production, every piece we make is pressed by a person ā one block, one dip, one stamp. It takes longer. That's the point.
What It Is
A wooden block, hand-carved with a design, dipped into natural dye and pressed firmly onto fabric. The motion is repeated ā across every inch, every seam ā by a person who has done this for years.
Why It Matters
No two pieces are identical. The slight variations in pressure and saturation are not imperfections ā they are proof of human hands. Your piece was made by someone. You can feel it.
The Dyes
We use only natural, plant-based dyes. Indigo. Turmeric. Madder root. No synthetic chemicals touch the fabric at any stage. What rests against your skin has come entirely from the earth.
Good for Your Practice. Good for the Planet.
Certified Organic
Certified organic farms. No pesticides, no synthetic fertilisers. The fibres in your clothing come from soil that's been cared for ā not depleted.
Artisan Wages
Small-batch production. Every person who touched your clothing did so with time, skill and fair compensation.
Zero Plastic
Compostable packaging. Carbon-offset delivery. What arrives at your door leaves no trace behind it.
What People Are Saying
"I've worn a lot of studio clothing over the years. Nothing has felt quite like this ā it moves with you rather than on you. The fabric is alive in a way synthetics never are."
"The print on mine is slightly different from the photo and I love that. It's made by hand. That detail changed how I think about getting dressed."
"I'm particular about what I wear for barre ā it has to be unrestricting, non-slip and not see-through. This ticks every box and is the most beautiful thing in my kit bag."
"Sixth wash in and it's somehow getting softer. I was sceptical about natural fibres for intense sessions but the hemp blend doesn't hold odour at all."
"I bought one piece as a test. Now it's the only brand I wear for movement. The indigo print hasn't faded after months of washing. The care that went into making this shows."
"As a teacher, what I wear sets a tone. I chose this because it's quiet, intentional and beautiful. Every week someone in class asks me where it's from."
You've chosen your practice carefully. Your clothing deserves the same consideration.
