We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept returns for an exchange or credit note.

Returns Eligibility: You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged item within 30 days of receiving it.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and if you received free shipping the shipping fee is deducted from the refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or visit our website to submit a return request. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Any tags, labels, or accessories should remain intact.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will proceed with either a gift card or exchange, depending on your preference. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided for your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the items. Any duties, tariffs, and taxes already paid to fulfill your order are non-refundable and will also be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refunds for U.S. Orders

If you return your order for a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) less any applicable shipping costs.

Please note that import duties, taxes and customs fees paid on your behalf at the time of purchase are non-refundable. These amounts are collected by government authorities and customs agencies and cannot be recovered by Arya Clothing once your order has been imported.

If Arya Clothing has paid these import duties and taxes on your behalf, the amount paid will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

If you return an item for a refund or exchange, the original shipping cost paid to the courier will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that even if your order qualified for free shipping, we still paid the courier to deliver your parcel. “Free shipping” means we covered this cost on your behalf—it does not mean the shipment was free.

As courier costs vary depending on your location, parcel size and shipping method, the amount deducted may differ from order to order. If you would like to know how much will be deducted before deciding whether to return your order, please contact us and we will let you know the exact shipping cost we paid for your order.

Non-Returnable Items: underwear are not eligible for return. Please refer to our product descriptions or contact our customer support for more information.

When sending design back to us, we'd really appreciate it if you could use reused or recycled packaging. We care less about the packaging being beautiful and more about keeping the earth beautiful! 😊🌎 Any old box or envelope will do just fine! Oh, and no need to worry about adding bubble wrap—we'll take full responsibility for any risks or damages to the item.
