Shipping costs will not be refunded and if you received free shipping the shipping fee is deducted from the refund.

Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Any tags, labels, or accessories should remain intact.
Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange, based on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: underwear are not eligible for return. Please refer to our product descriptions or contact our customer support for more information.
When sending design back to us, we'd really appreciate it if you could use reused or recycled packaging. We care less about the packaging being beautiful and more about keeping the earth beautiful! 😊🌎 Any old box or envelope will do just fine! Oh, and no need to worry about adding bubble wrap—we'll take full responsibility for any risks or damages to the item.
