To Upgrade to Express Shipping, search for "Pelican Express" or add Express Shipping at Checkout.

  • Every order comes with a unique, reusable silk bag and shipped in compostable packaging.
  • We send with Australia Post. We use Aussie Post because they are super fast and super reliable! The cost of shipping is set by Australia Post for their good services :)
  • Shipping within Australia usually takes 1-3 business days. International shipping usually takes 5-14 business days. Express Courier Post usually takes 2-4 working days. As you can see from our reviews, shipping is usually surprisingly fast.
  • Import Duty: we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes and duties levied by your local customs authority. We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the postal company or customs clearance.
  • Our processing time is usually 1-2 working days but we may take an extra day or two so that we can take care to do small things with great love, we appreciate your patience :)
  • Tracking is included in the price of shipping.
  • If you have not received your package within 14 business days, please notify us so that we can do our best on our end to track it and get it to you asap! We cannot track or compensate for lost packages after six months from the date of shipment.
  • Lovely Gift Wrapping and Card is an available option for you to make your gift extra special and ready to be received upon delivery. Please select this as a shipping upgrade, send us a message with your card message and we will make it for you with thoughtful hand writing.

Update: We are still sending worldwide orders but with some delays due to Covid-19. We recommend ordering Express Post, these orders go with the fastest courier possible and are currently taking 1-2 weeks worldwide and 3-5 days in Australia.

 

Returns And Exchanges

  • You'll always be happy with ARYA creations and if the size or fit isn't right, don't worry, we accept returns for 30 days :) Just contact us and we’ll take care of you.
  • All of our items are hand-made and many are made with recycled materials. Some designs are unique one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly from the pictures and this will be noted in the description. Please read the descriptions, check measurements and sizes before ordering.
  • Refunds are for the full amount you paid for the actual item's price, not the shipping fee that we pass on to the post service.
  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) including for international orders.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with the tag.
  • We may, at our discretion send a replacement instead of processing an exchange or refund.
  • The option to get a refund is only available if the item was not described accurately. The description includes the pictures.
  • If the measurements and size specifications are listen in the description then we do not offer refunds when the size your order does not fit. Please check the size specifications before ordering.
  • We need to receive item/s back before we can offer you a refund, exchange or credit note so please post all items via registered post with tracking and keep the reference number.
  • We accept returns of orders that were sent with free shipping and the cost of shipping is deducted from the credit.
  • For exchanges, please let us know if you change your address as we will ship back to the original shipment address.
